We can come up with the simplest to most involved menu to fit any occasion. Some of our culinary creations include:

*Spice rubbed pork loin stuffed w/ caramelized onion, roasted red pepper, brown sugar & malt vinegar
*Jawaiian jerk grilled chicken w/ mango salsa
*Vanilla Coke Chicken-grilled chicken marinated in coke syrup topped with a vanilla rum sauce
*Smothered molasses chili ribs
